The Acer items worth a streamer's money are the wireless gaming headset for game and Discord audio, and the $20 capture stick for a console or a second PC into OBS at 1080p60. On a stream they carry game and Discord audio and hold a boom mic as the fallback. The capture card, and what it is for
The Acer capture stick is a UVC device: plug the console's HDMI in, the USB into the PC, and OBS sees a camera at 1080p60. No driver, no software. It is the same class of stick sold under twenty no-name brands, with a name you recognise on the box. It will not capture 4K, it has no passthrough, and it adds a frame or two of delay, so play on the TV and capture the copy. For a 4K passthrough card, spend ten times as much on an Elgato or AVerMedia.
