What a Phone build is
A Phone build is 4 required components plus 6 optional ones: camera, encoder, data plan, power bank / portable battery, and optionally mount / stabilizer, audio, lighting, chat phone, bonding, relay / vps. Pick a part for each slot above and the planner totals the price and reports the highest stream quality tier the combination can hold, together with which of the four limits binds first: the encoder ceiling, the uplink budget, the codec, or the platform cap.
