Buy the L4 instead if you want a 10.1-inch touchscreen multiview instead of a laptop window, and skip both for the C4K PRO if you only have one camera and want 4K60 into the PC. Switcher or capture card?
A capture card takes one HDMI source into the PC. A switcher takes several and sends one program feed, so the cut happens on the hardware and OBS only ever sees a single camera. If you have one camera, a switcher is money spent on inputs you will not use; buy the C4K PRO. If you have a face cam, an overhead and a console, the L1 replaces three capture cards and the scene-switching in OBS, and it keeps working when the PC is busy.

Limits worth knowing
Both switchers output 1080p over USB, whatever comes in. That is fine for Twitch and YouTube at the bitrates a stream can carry, but a 4K camera into an L1 becomes a 1080p feed. Neither has an SDI input, and neither records; if you want an ISO recording of every input, that is Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro ISO money. The audio path is a 3.5 mm line in plus the HDMI embedded audio, so a desk mic still goes into the PC or an interface, not the switcher.
The LM1 lav
The LM1 is a two-piece wireless lavalier with a receiver for a camera 3.5 mm jack and adapters for a phone. It is FEELWORLD's first, it has a handful of ratings, and at $76 it competes with the DJI Mic Mini and the Hollyland Lark M2. The one reason to buy it over those today is the campaign; the one reason to wait is the review count.

Both are four-input HDMI switchers with USB out. The L4 adds a 10.1-inch touchscreen with multiview so you cut on the device; the L1 needs a monitor or laptop window and costs less than half.
Does the FEELWORLD L1 work with OBS?
Yes. The USB output appears as a webcam, so OBS, Streamlabs and Zoom see one 1080p camera that is whatever the switcher is showing.
Can the FEELWORLD L1 output 4K?
No. Both switchers output 1080p over USB regardless of input. For 4K capture of one camera, use the C4K PRO capture box instead.
