IRL Backpack build

The Consensus Backpack

The DIY belaBOX rig that IRL guides keep converging on: bonded, relayed, and a fraction of a prebuilt.

Holds 1080p60 on Twitch (standard)

Your encoder tops out at 1080p60. A higher-end encoder would go further.

Ask three IRL streaming communities for a backpack build and you get three versions of this rig. An Osmo Pocket 3 shooting gimbal-smooth video, an Orange Pi running belaBOX as the encoder, a Nighthawk for the uplink, and a relay so a dropped connection is a BRB screen instead of a dead stream.

It is a weekend project to assemble, and that is the point: the same money that buys an entry prebuilt buys this plus spare batteries, and this one holds a stable 1080p60.

The transparent bubble backpack is half practicality (heat and cable visibility) and half show. On the street, the rig is part of the content.
